About the Role

The Company is a highly regarded and reputable organization with a collaborative working environment and impressive projects. With a workforce of over 100 staff and steady year-on-year growth, they are seeking a motivated and qualified Draftsperson to join their Facade team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed facade drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, extrusions/components, and details, using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
  • Facade Systems including; window wall, curtain wall, cladding & glazing.
  • Interpret and review V6 documentation, architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate facade documentations.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings align with design intent and project requirements.
  • Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Assist in the selection of materials, systems, and finishes for facade projects.
  • Participate in site visits as needed to verify measurements and assess construction progress.
  • Provide support during the delivery phase, addressing any design or technical issues related to facade systems.
