We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Assistant to join our team at dusk Springfield, one of 140+ stores across Australia and New Zealand. This is an exciting opportunity for you to ignite joy in every customer who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Assistant, your primary mission will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing perfect customer experiences, leaving customers satisfied and eager to return.
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that ensure the store's success.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a harmonious work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge of our candles and homeware products, helping customers find the perfect items to enhance their homes. You will also be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, ensuring our store always looks its best.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You should be a team player who is committed to working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
