Job Title: Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our small, close-knit finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general accounting principles and compliance, as well as excellent communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Month-end reporting and general ledger reconciliations
  • BAS, PAYG and payroll tax preparation
  • Oversight of AP/AR and cashflow management
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Liaising with external accountants and auditors
  • Supporting process improvements and internal reporting initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hands-on accounting role
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles and compliance
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
