We are seeking a highly skilled Project HSE Advisor to join our team in Kalgoorlie.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our workforce and clients through effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety management plan development and implementation
  • Pre-start meetings facilitation
  • Daily drug and alcohol testing
  • Weekly toolbox meetings coordination
  • Health and safety topic delivery to site team
  • JHA development for each task
  • Weekly safety inspection with Site Supervisor/Manager
  • Induction training and record-keeping
  • HSE Statistics Workbook usage
  • Attendance at audits and contribution to audit reports
  • First aid, PPE, and safety supply availability

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in heavy industrial projects
  • Confidence in communication and relationship-building
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Hands-on approach with proactive attitude
  • Cert IV in Health and Safety
