We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, managing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • You will lead by example, mentoring and coaching your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • You will oversee and implement effective stock management practices, ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • You will manage all store administrative tasks, including payroll, banking, and creating efficient rosters.
  • You will recruit, onboard, and train new team members, while cultivating a positive and supportive work environment.
  • You will handle customer complaints and inquiries, providing excellent service and building lasting relationships with our customers.
  • You will maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
