We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Jewellery Artisan to join our team at the Tiffany Service Centre in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing all types of jewellery and other accessories in accordance with Tiffany & Co quality standards and time frames.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Servicing jewellery and other accessories to meet established production targets and quality standards
  • Communicating order status, product quality and service order process related issues effectively

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in jewellery production or servicing
  • Experience in the repair of all metals, and all gemstone types
  • Experience in stone setting
  • Prior experience with watch repair preferred
  • Ability to meet established deadlines
  • Effective communication skills regarding repair work and processes
