Senior Cloud Infrastructure Leader

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to oversee the strategic management of our mission-critical cloud platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical operations, automation, and infrastructure reliability for our fast-growing HR/Payroll solution.
  • Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and containerized deployments.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and provide after-hours resolution and release activities support.
  • Administer SQL databases, manage security, implement encryption and compliance best practices, and support high availability configurations and performance tuning.
  • Mentor technical staff, support DevOps maturity, and ensure operational excellence across the stack.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in senior IT roles with a focus on operations and platform engineering.
  • Proven expertise across Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, enterprise networking, and cloud security.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
  • Proven success in CI/CD pipeline engineering and infrastructure as code (Terraform or ARM).
  • Experience in 24x7 SaaS support environments and ISO/IEC 27001-compliant operations.
  • Strong communication and incident leadership skills with a customer-centric mindset.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in HR/Payroll SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Prometheus, Grafana, and SQL Profiler.
  • Azure SQL Managed Instance.
  • ITIL knowledge and Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator or Database Admin Associate).
  • SSIS/SSRS and data integration experience.
