Speech Pathologist Role Overview

Our 12-month graduate program is designed to provide a structured learning and development opportunity.

You will undergo an initial 12-week intensive training period, including an introduction to the profession and the NDIS Allied Health Space.

You will have access to weekly supervision and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team to support your growth and development.

Flexible work arrangements are available, including flexi-time and opportunities to work from home, allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation).
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
