Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client schedules in accordance with their goals and objectives
  • Support the team in the implementation of campaigns, including creative agency material and production needs
  • Assist in evaluating media partner proposals and developing budget management plans
  • Contribute to the analysis and post-campaign summary of integrated campaigns
  • Manage material advice on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and record-keeping
  • Load media bookings with accuracy and timeliness for client bases
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with media and creative agency partners
  • Attend regular media meetings to develop media, market, and industry knowledge
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in media, marketing, advertising, business, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines
