About the Role:
We're seeking an ambitious Analyst to help shape the future of real estate. In this exciting opportunity, you'll be responsible for managing our leasing market database and providing valuable insights to our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Maintaining and updating our leasing market database
- Interpreting data and creating engaging presentations for our office leasing team
- Collaborating with our Research team and internal stakeholders to innovate our leasing materials and client communications
- Supporting marketing campaigns and processes for the leasing department

The Ideal Candidate:
- You may be a recent property graduate looking to develop your commercial property skills or an experienced professional eager to join our vibrant team
- You'll possess a solid understanding of investment market dynamics, excellent analytical skills, and strong financial numeracy, combined with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, is essential
