Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework and Goodstart's educational philosophy
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and education
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives and strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes for children
  • Build and maintain relationships with families to ensure they are informed and engaged in their child's learning journey
