Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team at The Ville Resort–Casino in tropical North Queensland. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field and a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Creating and executing promotional campaigns across various channels
  • Managing budgets and tracking ROI
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum two years' experience in a marketing role
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
