About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team at Affinity Education Group. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our centre managers and implementing effective documentation collation systems for regulatory departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Area Manager on daily centre practices
  • Support Centre Managers across our centres
  • Implement an effective documentation collation system for regulatory departments
  • Provide support for account management activities
  • Handle phone inquiries and similar administrative tasks efficiently

About You

  • Experience in Admin or Receptionist Role (desirable)
  • Previous history in Early Childhood Education (ideal)
  • Experience in a management or leadership role
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
  • An individual with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to operate autonomously
