Job Opportunity:

The Behaviour Support Practitioner role presents a unique chance to contribute positively to the lives of individuals with disabilities, focusing on their development, independence, and overall wellbeing.

This position requires dedication and a genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with NDIS participants and their support networks to assess needs and develop individualised plans tailored to their requirements.

  • A key aspect of this role is assessing and planning, where you will collaborate with participants and their support networks to understand their needs and devise strategies for growth and development.
  • You will also be responsible for implementing evidence-based support plans, centred around positive behaviour support frameworks and reducing restrictive practices.
  • In addition, you will assist participants in developing meaningful goals and practical strategies, both in-home and community settings.

Key Qualifications:
