We're seeking an accomplished Senior Network Engineer to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a pivotal role in delivering high-performance network solutions, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network engineering, with expertise in Cisco Routers, Aruba switches, Fortinet, Juniper, and Palo Alto firewalls. They will have a solid understanding of switching protocols including VLANs, Spanning Tree, HSRP/VRRP, LAG, and other switching protocols used in Enterprise Networks.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving network issues, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
  • Managing BGP routing configurations and troubleshooting peering issues to maintain network stability and optimal path selection.
  • Monitoring and maintaining IPsec tunnels for secure site-to-site connectivity, addressing encryption, authentication, and tunnel stability concerns.
  • Responding to incidents escalated by the service desk, conducting detailed analysis and timely resolution to restore service with minimal impact.
  • Planning and implementing network changes and upgrades, including firewall policies, routing updates, wireless access point deployments, and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating documentation, including network diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience as a Network Engineer
  • In-depth knowledge of routing protocols
  • Thorough understanding of switching protocols including VLANs, Spanning Tree, HSRP/VRRP, LAG, and other switching protocols used in Enterprise Networks.
  • Experience configuring Firewalls, Wireless Controllers, and Access Points.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
