About the Role:

At Black Pepper, we're on a mission to provide a unique and genuine shopping experience that makes customers feel amazing in what they wear. We're looking for a skilled Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Armidale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create authentic customer experiences by understanding individual needs and offering tailored style advice.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, styling customers to help them look and feel their best while supporting store sales and KPI targets.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including visual merchandising, cleaning, admin tasks, and keeping the store and stock room organized.
