Job Summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Coordinator - Outbound to join our team in Melbourne's West, Truganina. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in the set-up and operations of our new mega Distribution Centre.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with demonstrated knowledge of logistics and distribution centre operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning and scheduling docks for all outbound loads and shipments to staging lanes
  • Releasing orders for manual full pallet picking (customer orders and co-packing)
  • Preparing accurate and efficient outbound shipping paperwork for local and international freight
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling, delivery, and pick-up of containers and trucked loads
  • Providing administrative support to internal warehouse teams

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Coordinator - Outbound will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the movement of goods from the warehouse to customers and other destinations
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders and shipments
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to logistics and distribution
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies and procedures related to logistics and distribution

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of logistics and distribution centre operations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM) is advantageous
