About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandise Sorter to join our team in our Distribution Centre. As a Merchandise Sorter, you will play a crucial role in grading, categorizing, and packing a large volume of donated and new clothing and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and grade merchandise according to quality and condition
  • Categorize and pack merchandise for distribution to Red Cross Shops
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly targets
Requirements
  • Experience in a warehouse environment
  • Appreciation of quality control standards and processes
  • Knowledge of Australian fashion industry and brands, preferably gained through retail experience
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
