Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that supports the children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing engaging educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework. You will also supervise and mentor a team of Educators to ensure high-quality care and learning outcomes.

In this role, you will build strong relationships with children and their families, fostering open communication and collaboration. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including work health and safety.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and has a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences. You should have a minimum Graduate Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification in Early Childhood Education.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum Graduate Diploma or ECT qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Demonstrated experience as a Room Leader or in a similar supervisory role within the childcare sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
