Job Title: Salesforce Product Owner

This role sits at the intersection of technology and marketing, acting as a bridge between our engineering team and Corporate Marketing. As the Marketing Product Owner, you will work in an agile delivery environment to lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing-focused CRM enhancements and features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a domain expert for CRM marketing initiatives, championing the customer voice.
  • Act as a key liaison between Marketing stakeholders and the Salesforce engineering team.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritisation and defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain a delivery roadmap that aligns with broader strategic goals.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to define MVPs and guide feature development.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Drive the implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of delivered features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a Salesforce CRM or Martech environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud).
  • Business Analysis skills with the ability to clearly articulate business problems and technical solutions.
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or Kanban).
  • B2B industry experience highly desirable, particularly in service-led industries.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
