Job Title: Territory Growth Manager

We are a leading manufacturer dedicated to delivering exceptional products. We have an immediate opening for a results-driven Territory Growth Manager.

This role involves driving sales in assigned territories, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our internal sales team, production, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Sales Call Schedule: Maintain a consistent sales call schedule to maximize opportunities.
  • Quote Generation: Generate and provide high-quality quotes and follow through on pipeline orders.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Forecasts: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for upper management.

You will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (desired but not essential).
  • Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales management, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
