Leadership Role Overview

This is a challenging leadership position where you will lead a small team through complex technical challenges.

You will balance architectural decisions with hands-on development, mentor your team and promote the smart use of AI to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple projects from scoping to deployment
  • Shape technical strategy and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Oversee code quality, reviews and standards
  • Mentor and guide the team in adopting AI tools and workflows
  • Collaborate across design, product and marketing to deliver impactful digital solutions

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in leadership and mentoring with strong experience developing and debugging WordPress environments. You will have a breadth of technical knowledge across multiple systems and languages as well as the ability to diagnose and solve problems independently in a fast-moving environment.

We are looking for a pragmatic user of AI tools for building, debugging and learning. If you have experience with WordPress (PHP), React Router (Typescript), Pocketbase (Go), Cloudflare, Google Cloud, GA4, BigQuery, Metabase or integrations with marketing platforms that's a plus
