Breast Cancer Survivorship is an integral component of our service, providing holistic, patient-centred care through collaborative care planning, accessible information, and a flexible approach.

This role plays a supportive part in assisting our Breast Survivorship Nurse in coordinating post-treatment care, scheduling, communication with patients and clinical teams, maintaining survivorship care plans, and supporting service evaluation.

Working within our dynamic team, you will make a meaningful impact on the wellbeing of breast cancer survivors by providing compassionate, person-centred support, coordinating post-treatment care, and assisting with service evaluation.

To be successful in this position, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will also need to possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
