Industry leading facilities services provider seeks experienced cleaning team members to work at a major shopping centre.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the centre.

The role involves working night shifts from Monday to Friday, 12am to 8am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the centre, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Be well-presented, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Prior commercial or retail cleaning experience is preferred (on-the-job training provided).
  • Understand chemical handling procedures and proper cleaning techniques (or willingness to learn).
  • Cleaning Machinery experience (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper) is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of and commitment to safe working practices.
  • Physically fit to carry out standard duties and ability to walk for lengthy periods.
  • Good listening skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Able to communicate in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays.
  • Valid work rights in Australia are required.
