We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Host to join our team. As a key representative of our resort, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
About the Role- Deliver genuine passion and enthusiasm to create a quality experience for our guests
- Remain engaged with guests whether approaching or being approached to assist with resort enquiries and monitoring lift gate usage
- Thrive in a team environment and bring an upbeat mentality not only for our guests but to promote a supportive team culture
- Previous experience within a tourism-based customer service environment or information desk
- Acting confident and conscientious when interacting with guests and other team members
- Being cooperative, positive and professional
- Ability to problem solve with the guest's best interest in mind
