We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Host to join our team. As a key representative of our resort, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

• Deliver genuine passion and enthusiasm to create a quality experience for our guests
• Remain engaged with guests whether approaching or being approached to assist with resort enquiries and monitoring lift gate usage
• Thrive in a team environment and bring an upbeat mentality not only for our guests but to promote a supportive team culture

• Previous experience within a tourism-based customer service environment or information desk
• Acting confident and conscientious when interacting with guests and other team members
• Being cooperative, positive and professional
• Ability to problem solve with the guest's best interest in mind
