Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our ECM initiatives. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and developing FileNet solutions, particularly with IBM Enterprise Records Manager. They should be well-versed in agile development methodologies and have a strong track record of participating in design meetings and making design decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive FileNet solutions.
  • Develop Java/J2EE components to integrate with Case Manager and/or FileNet.
  • Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
  • Work on estimation and sizing for new proposals.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of IT industry experience.
  • 6+ Years experience in IBM Records Manager, Filenet as a Developer, Designer and as Architect.
  • Single handedly capable of defining a Road Map for a client in ECM Filenet solution.
  • Should be able to work on Records Management, Strong exposure in Archival, Retrieval.
  • Working exp in Agile methodology.
  • Expert level skills in IBM Filenet P8.
  • Advanced skills in Java/J2EE, Spring, Junit, iBatis/Hibernate.
  • Additional Skill - websphere.
  • Strong experience of P8 content engine and process engine APIs is a must.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills.
