Job SummaryThis part-time opportunity involves acting as the first point of contact for corporate visitors, customers, and couriers, coordinating facilities-related services, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a professional welcome to all facility entries and incoming phone calls.
- Manage visitor and contractor access to the office.
- Deliver timely and effective first-level corporate services support and escalate as needed.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Support onboarding processes for new starters.
This role requires demonstrated experience in a receptionist or corporation administration role, with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Office 365 is also essential.
