Job Details

At our production facility, we require a Production Operative to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clean room and production schedule.

This position involves working independently and autonomously to achieve set goals under the supervision of a Scientific Officer. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing pre-operative checks and setup of equipment
  • Calculating, weighing, and mixing products ready for production
  • Completing daily scheduled work in line with demand
  • Following work instructions and SOPs
  • Monitoring and controlling production parameters
  • Performing Quality Control Checks and In-Process Monitoring Checks
  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment and machines

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong numeracy skills, be punctual and reliable, have leadership skills, and demonstrate good technical aptitude. You should also be able to make critical decisions within a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks using initiative.
