Snow groomers are the unsung heroes of Thredbo's slopes. Working closely with snowmaking, this team pushes, smooths and farms man-made and natural snow to create the great runs Thredbo is famous for.

They are self-motivated, committed to detail and not afraid of the dark. Tackling the mountain in all kinds of weather, they ensure every run is pristine by morning.

The Role
  • Work during the early evening, night and/or early morning
  • Demonstrate previous experience snow grooming or using heavy machinery
  • Display mechanical knowledge
  • Get your hands dirty and help out the team if extra assistance is required
  • Show a keen eye for detail and complete jobs to a high standard
About You
  • Hold a valid drivers licence
  • Possess intermediate to advanced ski or snowboard skills
  • Be able to take and act on directions and manage priorities effectively
  • Exhibit reliability and professionalism under pressure
