We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, PR to join our team at Lendi Group. As a key member of our corporate affairs team, you will be responsible for driving and executing our customer narrative in market across media and stakeholders, and coordinating the broader group of communications stakeholders to drive our corporate narrative.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a strategy for the corporate identity of Lendi Group and consumer identity of Aussie, in partnership with CFO, CEO, COO, considering desired outcome and positioning of each.
- Develop a proactive calendar and roadmap for PR and driving this narrative in market.
- Plan sequential drops/releases to substantiate the overall narrative.
- Develop a clear narrative, agenda, and POV on critical topics that relate to our brand and forward plan.
- Articulate our consumer and corporate identity and spokespeople for each.
- Partner with, and drive collaborative rhythms with CFO, corporate development, and strategy in development of the roadmap, and delivery of messages.
- Proactively identify gaps/opportunity areas for proactive messaging of strategy, and implications of communication across stakeholder groups.
- Proactive engagement, strategy, and partnerships with media and editors to identify partnership opportunities and proactively manage the narrative, including getting a right of refusal on negative press.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate affairs, public relations, government relations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful corporate affairs strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and experience managing media relations.
- Experience in crisis management and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of regulatory and legislative processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
