Job Title: Farm Site Operations Coordinator

This is a key role within our farming and operations team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead on-farm services across multiple sites, overseeing daily operations including bird movements, manure removal, and shed wash and disinfection.
  • Build and lead teams to meet farming requirements, providing necessary training and development opportunities.
  • Evaluate and implement effective company policies.
  • Maintain compliance with Workplace Health and Safety standards related to tasks.
  • Contribute to achieving KPI targets through diligent reporting and analysis.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a willingness to get involved in day-to-day activities.

We are seeking an experienced professional in facilities management, cleaning, or agriculture who thrives in fast-paced environments.
