We're seeking an enthusiastic and fashion-conscious individual to join our retail team in Kotara. As a Summer Stylist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, providing expert advice on swimwear and beach essentials.
  • Style with confidence to help customers find the perfect fit and deliver a personalized experience.
  • Work together with the team to drive sales, smash KPIs, and celebrate success.
  • Ensure store standards and stock presentation are always upheld, supporting with new deliveries, stock replenishment, and maintaining store presentation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and love learning new skills.
  • Natural communication skills, building rapport with customers and connecting them with our brand.
  • Thriving in a team environment and bringing positivity to every shift.
