Your Role
As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in driving continuous improvement and a strong internal control environment. This role contributes towards internal and external reporting obligations and detailed analysis driving a results-focused organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in financial reporting and analysis, including balance sheet and P&L item analysis, identification of accounting issues, and implementing process improvements in daily activities.
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated P&L and cash flow forecasts, along with other management reports.
- Support the team in reconciliations, ensuring the timely clearing of reconciliation items and providing assistance on various ad hoc projects and duties as needed.
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
About You
We are seeking a degree-qualified professional in Accounting, with essential CPA/CA qualifications. Your independent, highly motivated, and dynamic nature makes you an effective team member capable of demonstrating leadership qualities.
