This role represents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the development of a leading professional services firm's financial planning and analysis capabilities. As an FP&A Analyst, you will join a high-performing finance team focused on delivering strategic insights and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, focusing on two key areas: Business Planning & Analysis and Financial Development & Transformation.

Business Planning & Analysis

  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting packs
  • Owning budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Collaborate with divisional leaders on performance evaluation
  • Identify and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth and cost optimization

Financial Development & Transformation

  • Assess current financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Enhance reporting, budgeting, and business intelligence tools
  • Contribute to the broader finance transformation program
  • Stay hands-on with analysis while driving strategic project work

Candidate Requirements:

  • CA / CPA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent), with 3–5 years in FP&A or business partnering
  • Professional services experience highly desirable
  • Digitally literate, with hands-on exposure to reporting, budgeting, and BI platforms (implementation experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident engagement with senior stakeholders
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights
