We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Speech Pathology Professional to join our team at HealthcareLink Support, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

About the Role

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 - 110,000 per annum and provides a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and clinical supervision.

About the Team

You will be part of a close-knit team of passionate and dedicated professionals who share a commitment to delivering exceptional support services to children and their families. Our multidisciplinary team includes speech pathologists, occupational therapists, teachers, educators, allied health assistants, and key workers, all working together to achieve outstanding outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Support Services: Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and relevant professionals to develop and implement effective support plans that promote positive outcomes for children.
  • Multiple Settings: Work in various settings, including schools, homes, clinics, and community-based environments, providing flexibility and variety to your role.
  • Collaboration and Liaison: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Goal Achievement: Assist families in preparing children for their next educational environment and provide ongoing support to other key stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Relevant Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families, caregivers, and colleagues.
  • Certifications: A current NSW Working With Children's Check and first aid certificate (or ability to obtain one) and a current driver's licence.
