Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop: Inspire and train your team to ensure every client receives an exceptional experience from the moment they enter our boutique.
  • Drive Sales: Utilise your consultative sales skills to recognise buying signals and secure sales, ensuring KPIs are met.
  • Customer-Centric: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through key decisions by understanding their needs and providing bespoke solutions.
  • Global Collaboration: Engage with an international management team and receive hands-on training overseas in a flagship showroom to immerse yourself in the brand.
