Trustworthy Caregiver Wanted for Energetic Family

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sole care of all children, including feeding, planning daily outings, and educational activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Sole care of all children
  • Packing bags for school or extracurricular activities
  • School drop off and pick up
  • Feeding the children breakfast, packing lunches, snacks, and cooking simple dinner recipes
  • Planning daily outings - playgroups, water play, museum visits, park plays, library visits and other various outings (must be preapproved with the family)
  • Planning educational activities including: messy / sensory play, craft activities, puzzles, lego and learning through play, teaching them counting, singing alphabet, colours, shapes and name writing in preparation for school
  • Household general tidying up after activities and meals
  • Laundry assistance - washing, putting away children's clothing
  • Taking children to extracurricular activities
  • Pet care

Requirements:

  • Blue card/ Police Check
  • First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and/or extensive nannying experience
  • 2 x Reference checks
  • Drivers Licence
  • Fluent English
  • Non-smoking
