We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Arriba Group.

Company Overview

The Arriba Group is a specialist allied health team providing therapy and assessment services for people with disability. We operate in multiple locations across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Queensland.

About the Opportunity

This full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week) and permanent position offers the opportunity to work within a passionate small team of Allied Health Professionals. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have a diverse caseload providing high-quality clinical supports in home or community settings such as schools and group homes.

You will be responsible for providing assessment, intervention, reporting, therapy planning, and clinical recommendation within the scope of your clinical discipline. Outstanding training and professional development from a highly experienced Area Manager and OT Team Leader will be provided.

In addition, flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload will be offered. Access to an office location in southern Brisbane is also available if desired.

Requirements
  • You will have registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA (or be eligible for it)
  • A passion for working with people with a disability and NDIS experience is preferred but not essential
  • Paediatric and/or adult experience is highly desirable
  • Experience working in a community services setting (desirable)
  • A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home
  • Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
  • IT skills at an intermediate level including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology
