About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Learning Development Facilitator to join our team at our Melbourne Airport, Tullamarine distribution centre. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular learning needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop effective learning solutions.
- Design and deliver interactive and engaging training programs, including classroom training, hands-on workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop skills matrices and create blended learning approaches that meet the needs of our employees.
- Facilitate and implement learning solutions, providing coaching and support to employees as needed.
- Drive a continuous improvement approach to learning and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with other learning teams across the organization to ensure best practice learning solutions that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar learning and development role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution centre or manufacturing environment.
- Strong design and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals and explain technical concepts.
- Experience working in a FMCG environment and familiarity with automation systems is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-solving attitude with demonstrated ability to perform and succeed under pressure.
