Leadership Role in Leisure Industry

This is a unique opportunity for an outstanding people leader to coach, inspire and lead the team and the community within Bendigo and across Regional Victoria.

The Area Manager is responsible for the leadership of six fantastic facilities, including year-round and seasonal pools, with growth expanding into other venues across leisure, tourism, and hospitality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational performance and financial management of each facility
  • Development and execution of plans to ensure consistent quality services and programs

Requirements:

  • Successful track record in marketing, sales, projects, and management
  • Extensive experience in commercial/business management, preferably from within the leisure, fitness, aquatic or facility management sector
