About the Role
As a seasoned Vendor and Contract Manager, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely delivery of goods and services that meet quality and cost standards from external suppliers.
This role requires strong contract administration skills, vendor performance evaluation expertise, and the ability to work closely with internal teams for streamlined procurement processes and effective operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage various contractual documents, including service agreements, NDAs, and statements of work, in collaboration with legal and site teams.
  • Coordinate contract renewals and lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for services requiring re-tendering.
  • Support new site transitions by setting up facility service contracts and managing critical infrastructure post-defect liability period.
  • Participate in regular vendor and site meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, and oversee systems such as iPRO and SINE.
  • Maintain contract tracking tools and respond to new requests from site teams to ensure smooth vendor operations.

About You:
This role is suitable for a candidate with previous experience in procurement, contract administration, or vendor management, ideally within facilities management, property services, or a similar operational environment.

Essential Qualifications:
Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
