About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diploma qualified Educator to join our team at Macquarie University. As an advocate for children, you will be responsible for contributing to the educational program, interacting respectfully and positively with children and families, and working collaboratively with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that promote children's learning and development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Support the Room Leader in the management of the early learning centre
Requirements
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Approved First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualification
- Working with Children Check
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
