We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TempNet. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers.

About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to customers, ensuring they can effectively use our products and services. You will also be responsible for conducting product training sessions, proactively seeking customer feedback, and collaborating with the Sales Director and Customer Success Team to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers.
  • Input, update, and maintain customer data in HubSpot.
  • Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and Customer Success Team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of products and services.
  • Experience with medical or telehealth technology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in the use of HubSpot or similar CRM for managing customer data and generating reports.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team, sharing information and supporting colleagues to achieve team goals.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide sponsorship options for the right candidate.
