Job Description

Develop and maintain process modeling standards and guidelines to ensure efficient business operations.

  • Define and enforce BPMN 2.0, L1-L5 hierarchies for process optimization.
  • Enhance the end-to-end process redesign methodology and associated playbooks.
  • Manage the rollout, configuration, and administration of the BPM platform across the enterprise.
  • Migrate legacy process content to a centralized repository for improved accessibility.
  • Establish process documentation and lifecycle governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Lead training initiatives for BPM adoption and process excellence.
  • Maintain a secure, structured, and accessible process repository for stakeholders.
  • Implement a quality audit program for assessing process maturity, compliance, and documentation quality.
  • Communicate audit findings and corrective actions to senior collaborators.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and performance mentoring to junior BPM analysts.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in developing and maintaining process modeling standards and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, L1-L5 hierarchies, and process optimization techniques.
  • Ability to enhance end-to-end process redesign methodologies and associate playbooks.
  • Skills in managing BPM platform rollouts, configurations, and administration.
  • Capacity to migrate legacy process content to centralized repositories.
  • Understanding of process documentation and lifecycle governance frameworks.
  • Leadership skills for training and enablement initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain secure, structured, and accessible process repositories.
  • Knowledge of quality audit programs for process maturity, compliance, and documentation quality.
