At our Nundah Head Office, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Production / Customer Service team.

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Store Associate who is physically fit and able to support our multiple retail and wholesale brands across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week, rostered Monday - Friday, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receipting, unpacking and checking purchased goods from suppliers
  • Labelling and packaging goods ready for dispatch
  • Quality checking goods against orders before dispatch
  • Processing and shipping orders to multiple sales companies
  • Processing of internal orders to other departments within the company
  • General Warehouse duties

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:

  • Responsible and hard working attitude
  • Physically fit and able to do required lifting for this role
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong levels of reliability and punctuality
  • Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and motivation
  • Previous experience working in a store person / distribution role is desirable
  • The ability to plan your own workload and at times work unsupervised
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of safe working practices including lifting
