About The Role:

  • Leading and managing complex employment and workplace relations matters for clients.
  • Providing strategic legal advice on employment law issues, including industrial relations, discrimination, and employee entitlements.
  • Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, enterprise agreements, and settlement agreements.
  • Representing clients in employment-related disputes and litigation, including unfair dismissal claims and workplace investigations.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support legal arguments and strategies.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and legal support staff.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Staying updated on developments in employment law and industry trends, sharing knowledge within the firm and with clients.

Skills & Experience:

  • With 3-4 years PQE in Employment/Workplace Relations law.
  • Proven track record of handling high-profile and challenging cases.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
