Job Opportunity
">We are seeking caring and compassionate staff who want to make a difference by providing quality care and support to residents.
">Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will aid in the smooth running of Residential Care by assisting with activities of daily living and personal care in accordance with the resident's needs, values, and preferences.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Prior experience in caring for residents in an aged care environment.
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including effective communication with team members, residents, and their family members.
- Ability to cope with the physical demands of this position.
- Kind, positive, and compassionate attitude.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards.
