About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bistro Manager to join our team at Frontline Hospitality Melbourne East. As a Bistro Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Valid RSA and RSG certifications, or willingness to obtain.
