**Job Title:** Senior Psychologist


**Job Description:** Woodforde Group is seeking a Senior Psychologist to lead their team in delivering exceptional support to clients facing psychological and emotional barriers to gaining employment. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in psychology and leadership, with experience in delivering funded vocational psychology programs.


**Responsibilities:**



  • Provide supportive leadership and mentorship to psychologists, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor staff progress with clients and collaborate with employment services to enhance outcomes
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, and community agencies to meet client needs effectively
  • Lead team meetings, facilitate group supervision, and promote a culture of engagement and professionalism
  • Contribute to data collection and reporting to track team performance and service impact

**Requirements:**



  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology with AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist
  • Proven experience in delivering psychology services to vulnerable people, ideally in brief intervention models
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on effective communication
  • Understanding of contemporary practices in psychology, and trauma impacts
