Position Overview

Are you passionate about implementing effective merchandising strategies within retail environments to enhance sales performance?

As a key player in our merchandising efforts, you will oversee the presentation of products in various retail locations. Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing teams to drive sales growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage merchandising activities within key retail accounts
  • Ensure that promotional displays, planograms, and marketing initiatives are executed effectively at the store level
  • Regularly gather and share market insights with the Sales and Marketing teams
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory levels in backroom areas
  • Proactively train store personnel on brand initiatives
  • Assist in store setups and installations according to established guidelines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with multiple store contacts
  • Encourage store teams to prioritize brand visibility
  • Utilize in-store sales tools effectively, including conducting opening and closing calls and surveys

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in merchandising within the consumer goods sector or retail
  • Strong commitment to work
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

This part-time position requires availability for key sales periods.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift cartons (up to 15kg), climb ladders, reach high shelves, and maneuver store trolleys.
